    Plan your raids and bases. RustMates honors every Facepunch force wipe and runs a predictable Thursday cycle so you never have to guess when the next wipe drops.

    Main 2x

    Team Max 4
    Biweekly — every other Thursday

    2x rates, raid protection, short nights, 50% upkeep, vanilla-like.

    Solo 2x

    Team Max 1
    Monthly — first Thursday

    Solo-only enforcement, 2x rates, raid protection, monthly wipe.

    Solo/Duo 2x

    Monthly — first Thursday

    Solo or Duo only, 2x rates, raid protection, monthly wipe.

    What does this mean?

    A "true wipe" resets everything — map and blueprints. A map wipe only swaps the world, your tech progress stays.

    Map + BP wipe

    Facepunch force wipe on the first Thursday of the month: new map AND all blueprints reset. Everyone starts from zero.

    Map wipe

    Only the map is regenerated. Your researched blueprints stay — you keep your tech progress.

    BP wipe

    Blueprints are reset. At RustMates this only ever happens together with the monthly force wipe.

    Wipe FAQ

    When do RustMates servers wipe?

    The Main 2x server wipes every other Thursday (biweekly). Solo and Solo/Duo servers wipe on the first Thursday of each month. We always wipe on Facepunch force wipes.

    What is a Rust force wipe?

    A force wipe is the mandatory monthly Rust update from Facepunch (first Thursday of each month) where all servers must wipe map and blueprints. RustMates honors every force wipe.

    Are blueprints wiped?

    Map is wiped on every wipe cycle. Blueprints are wiped only on Facepunch force wipes (monthly).

    What time do wipes happen?

    Wipes happen on Thursdays around 19:00 CET / 18:00 UTC, shortly after the Facepunch update goes live.
