2. Service Description

RustMates provides community game servers for the video game "Rust" developed by Facepunch Studios. Our services include server hosting, community management, and optional VIP packages. We are not affiliated with Facepunch Studios Ltd.

3. User Conduct

When using our servers and services, you agree to:

• Follow all server rules as posted in-game and on our Discord.
• Not use cheats, hacks, exploits, or any unauthorized third-party software.
• Not engage in harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior.
• Respect team size limits and other gameplay restrictions.
• Not attempt to disrupt server operations or exploit vulnerabilities.

4. VIP Purchases

VIP packages are sold through Tebex Limited, who acts as the merchant of record:

• All purchases are processed and fulfilled by Tebex Limited.
• Tebex handles billing support, refunds, and payment disputes.
• VIP benefits are subject to availability and server functionality.
• VIP packages do not provide immunity from server rules or bans.
• Refund policies are governed by Tebex's terms of service.

5. Bans and Enforcement

We reserve the right to ban or restrict access to any user who violates our server rules or these Terms of Service. Bans may be temporary or permanent at our discretion. Ban appeals can be submitted through our website, but we are not obligated to overturn any ban. Purchases made prior to a ban are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

"Rust" and all related trademarks, logos, and content are the property of Facepunch Studios Ltd. RustMates branding and original content on this website are owned by NamelyDigital. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server availability, data preservation, or specific gameplay experiences. Server wipes, updates, and maintenance may occur without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RustMates and NamelyDigital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for VIP services in the preceding 12 months.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to server configurations, VIP benefits, and website features.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
